Stan has been a key business leader in the financial services industry for over 20 years and operates as a senior advisor to many corporate executives.
Currently, as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pantheon Business Consulting he manages a strategic business development firm which focuses on providing senior leadership teams with innovative thought leadership concepts in emerging market execution aimed at ongoing revenue generation, C-level strategic partner access and diverse strategic supplier partnership development for the building of long-term revenue growth. Prior to Pantheon he was Regional Vice President and General Manager of the Western United States for American Express and operated as the region’s senior business leader. During his tenure he managed American Express’ U.S. Commercial Card Division overseeing the Account Development Organization including sales and operational support across multiple industries, to more than 260 U.S. based companies, representing over $300 billion in annual corporate revenue.
As a 16 year veteran of American Express, Stan held numerous positions within the company including Regional Vice President and General Manager of the American Express Establishment Services Division where he was responsible for over $50 billion in annual charge volume, managing all merchant account relationships, cardmember marketing, sponsorships and advertising to over 1 million American Express merchant business locations throughout the Western States and Micronesia. He was also responsible for overseeing American Express’ penetration into several key industries including Entertainment, Gaming, Restaurant, Wine, Ski and the Luxury Lodging industry.
In addition to his extensive executive experience, Mr. Washington has held, and continues to serve on many community and cultural leadership positions including: Former Chairman of both the Los Angeles Philanthropic Council and the Historically Black College Recruitment Taskforce for American Express; Former Chairman of the Los Angeles Convention & Visitors Bureau; Former Chairman of the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission; Former Chairman National Black Economic Development Coalition (Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Council) MillerCoors Brewing Company; Former Chairman National Coalition of African American Owned Media, Board Member, Former Board Member YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles; Former Board Member, Bowers Museum of Cultural Art; Former Board Member, Museum of African American Art; Board Member and Senior Advisor, Los Angeles National Association for the Advancement of Colored People; Acting Board Chair, Magic Johnson Foundation; Former Diversity Committee Chair & Board Member, City of Hope Foundation & Hospital; Former Advisory Board, Mayor of Los Angeles Economic Development Council.
Harold served as Vice President and General Manager for the
Entertainment Banking Division for Union Bank of California. He oversaw all lending, investment and advisory services within the banks’ entertainment industry portfolio. He has nearly 26 years of banking and finance experience. During his 16-year tenure at First Interstate Bank, he held a number of leadership positions including Senior Vice President, Southern California.
Harold was also formerly the CFO and General Manager of Cybersonics Records (a Division of Black Entertainment Television) were he reported directly to BET Chairman Robert Johnson overseeing Operations, Finance, Business Affairs, Accounting, and Contract Management for the record company.
Ronald brings over 22 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sponsorship, Brand Integration and Multicultural Marketing. Prior to joining Pantheon, Ronald worked with minority owned firms as Vanguard Media, Vibe/Spin Ventures and Essence Communications.
While at Essence, he established the company’s first Western Regional office, where he was responsible for growing the 14-state territory to over by over 10x its previous annual revenue. During his tenure at Essence he was also the Co-Producer for the Essence Awards and the Essence Music Festivals.
onald has provided sponsorship funding and event production support to numerous corporate brands securing over $40 Million dollars for such projects as The Tavis Smiley Show (PBS), The Essence Awards Show (CBS), The Essence Music Festival, The Vibe Tour and Universal Music Group. He has had extensive experience in working with multicultural and diverse firms, and he has been extremely instrumental in creating multicultural marketing strategies using special events, festivals, concert tours and various other forms of entertainment as a platform to connect brands with consumers.
Ronald continues to work directly with major Fortune 1000 companies and brands including Toyota, General Motors, Procter and Gamble, Nissan, Verizon, Nokia, American Express, Paramount Studios, New Films International, Universal Music Group, Bulgari, Bacardi, Miami Music Festival, National Basketball Association and the Essence Music Festival.
