Stanley Washington
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

As the former Chairman of LA Inc. (LA Conventions & Visitors Bureau) Stan lead the creation of the LA downtown business improvement district and retail empowerment zone. Under his leadership the first U.S. office of tourism was opened in China by the City of LA and the “Dine LA” restaurant program was founded and launched.

As Chairman of LASEC (LA Sports & Entertainment Commission) he helped to further establish the commission as a key force in the city’s selection of key events including the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star, Grammy’s and other major events and conventions.

While working for more than 17 years as a senior executive at American Express, Stan managed over $50 billion in annual charge volume and led growth initiatives within multiple industries including entertainment, fashion, restaurant, wine, lodging, aerospace, gaming and technology throughout the Western United States and Micronesia including the launch of the American Express Hawaii Card and Staples Center Founding Partnership. During his tenure his ability to drive performance, marshal resources, build internal support and develop high performing teams became his calling card.

Stan has advised and worked closely with many high-profile business and industry leaders including Kenneth Chenault, former Chairman and CEO American Express; John Bendheim, CEO Bendheim Enterprises and Owner & Publisher Beverly Hills Courier; Robin Richards, Technology Investor and former CEO CareerArc; and Byron Allen, Chairman and CEO Entertainment Studios to name a few.

The son of civil rights leader and former President Los Angeles NAACP Dr. Geraldine Washington, Stan continues to be very civic minded and has held many key board and leadership positions in Los Angeles, across the U.S. including Board Member, The Center by Lendistry; Board of Trustees, Morehouse College; Board Member, LA Urban League; Board Member, Earvin “Magic” Johnson Foundation; Board Member, NXT-ID Technology Inc. Ronald Williams
SVP Business Development

Ronald brings over 22 years of experience in business development, corporate sponsorship, bBrand integration and multicultural marketing. Prior to joining Pantheon Business Consulting, Ron worked with ground breaking minority owned firms including: Vanguard Media, Vibe/Spin Ventures and Essence Communications. While at Essence, he established the company’s first Western Regional office, where he was responsible for growing the 14-state territory over 10x its previous annual revenue. During his tenure there he was also the co-producer of the Essence Awards and Essence Music Festivals.

Ron has provided sponsorship funding and event production support to numerous corporate brands, securing tens of millions dollars for such projects as The Tavis Smiley Show (PBS), The Essence Awards Show (CBS), The Essence Music Festival, The Vibe Tour and various projects for Universal Music Group. He has been extremely instrumental in creating multicultural marketing strategies using special events, festivals, concert tours and various other forms of entertainment as a platform to connect brands with consumers.

Ronald continues to work directly with major Fortune 1000 companies and brands including Toyota, General Motors, Procter and Gamble, Nissan, Verizon, Nokia, American Express, Paramount Studios, New Films International, Universal Music Group, Bulgari, Bacardi, Miami Music Festival, National Basketball Association and the Essence Music Festival.

Kenneth Lemunyon
Chief Financial Officer

Ken has spent the past 30 years working in finance and accounting roles with major entertainment companies. Warner Brother Records was the first company to recognize Ken’s hard work, dedication, and talent. After occupying several positions in the finance division Ken was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance. In this capacity, Ken was responsible for overseeing the accounting of over $500 million in revenues. After eighteen years at Warner Brothers, Ken joined Hollywood Records (a division of the Walt Disney Company) as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently Ken held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Azoff/MSG Entertainment LLC, a $150 million premier music management company and performance rights organization. His core responsibilities included finance, accounting, treasury, and corporate development. Ken has also enjoyed success in the real estate industry. In the past 10 years, Ken has designed, built, and sold numerous spec homes on the westside of Los Angeles. He attributes his passion for architecture and building to his father, who was a carpenter by trade.

Chasen Washington
Director Account Management & Project Development

A graduate of the USC Annenberg School, Chasen spent two years as part of the groundbreaking team of researchers performing quantitative analysis on diversity for the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, which can be credited for exposing Hollywood’s epidemic of invisibility. Additionally while working in Program Management for the Executive Education Program at USC Marshall School of Business, he closely worked with business professionals and doctors managing program requirements and supporting executive education students seeking a Masters Degree in Business or Medical Management. This experience was enhanced greatly through his work with cohorts of U.S. Veterans.

Chasen also worked as Social Media and Communications Manager at where he was focused on supporting the sourcing, acquisition and retention of candidates.
