Stanley E. Washington is a senior executive-level business leader who knows how to achieve revenue growth in large, complex environments and within new segments. His primary functional areas of expertise are operational management, business development and helping companies -- and their leaders -- build impact and scale necessary for growth. Stan has been a member of the financial services community for more than 40 years. He is adept at developing internal and external relationships and generating buy-in at all levels where decisions are made – and where disparate interests are often encouraged to find common ground. His track record includes working with major enterprises in key industry segments. He has worked closely with several high-profile business and industry leaders, including but not limited to, Kenneth Chenault, former Chairman and CEO of American Express; former MillerCoors Chairman and CEO Tom Long; William Fields, former President Walmart Retail; Bryon Allen, CEO Allen Media; Robin Richards, former Chairman and CEO, CareerArc Group; George Mackin, former CEO, Tennis Media Group/BNP Paribas Open; Earvin“Magic” Johnson, Chairman and CEO, Magic Johnson Enterprises; and Eric Holoman, CEO, EquiTrust Life Insurance Company. 

Experience: 

Stan continues to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer, Pantheon Global Services Inc. (PGS), a Beverly Hills, California based investment, leadership advisory services and business economic development firm operating primarily within the fintech, payments and commercial real estate industries. PGS also operates and owns Pantheon Business Consulting LLC which focuses on developing market relevant commercial development that drives sustainable economic growth within underinvested and underserved urban communities. In addition to other projects, Stan is the Project Executive and Developer for Stocker Street Creative, a $250 million transformative and state-of-the-art Television & Film Studio campus in Baldwin Hills, CA.  

Stan was the former Chairman of LA INC. (The LA Conventions & Visitors Bureau) and under his leadership he supported the opening of the first U.S. Office of Tourism in China (City of Los Angeles) and through American Express launched the “Dine LA” restaurant program, which is now nationwide. As former Chairman of LASEC (LA Sports & Entertainment Commission) Stan helped to further establish the Commission as a key force in the city’s selection of major events including the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Game, Grammy’s and other major events and conventions. While working as a senior executive at American Express as Regional Vice President & General Manager, Stan managed over $50 billion in annual charge volume throughout the thirteen Western United States and Micronesia - including the launch of the American Express Hawaii Card - and nationally led growth initiatives within multiple industries including entertainment, fashion, restaurant, wine, lodging, aerospace and technology. During his tenure his ability to build high performing teams, increase revenue and profitability and marshal resources became his calling card.   

Washington also served as Chief Revenue Officer and President Healthcare for NXT-ID Inc., a Melbourne, Fla.-based healthcare and biometric security technology and mobile device payment company (NASDAQ: NXTD). Stan diversified and increased the  company’s presence in high potential segments, such as government, home-based health care and the rapidly growing personal emergency response systems (PERS) market helping to grow NXT-ID Inc. into the fourth largest mobile payment device company globally.

Stan is highly active at the board and civic/community levels.  He currently serves as a Director for Atlanta Life Insurance Company and Board Chair for The Center by Lendistry.  

He has held a range of board leadership roles across the country. These include Board of Trustees, Alonzo F. and Norris B. Herndon Foundation (2024 – Present); Board Member, UC System Economic Impact Advisor Council (2023 – Present); Advisory Council, Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) (2021 – Present); Board Member, Global LA (2021 – Present); Board Member, LA Urban League (2020 – Present); Board of Trustees (Emeritus), Morehouse College (2015 – Present); Board Member, Earvin “Magic” Johnson Foundation (2005 – 2020); Board Member, NXT-ID Technology Inc.
